1. Always check your food cabinets. This is very essential especially if you do bulk buys. In this way, you can consume these can goods just before they expire.

3. Make a plan. Planning what’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even snacks can also save you time and money.

5. Store your buys in a safe place. This is very important so you can avoid spoilage and wasted food.
